Equipment going on the truck, cleaned and ready for loading with checklists completed by: (this includes all percussion, drums, flags, rifles, sabers, and low & middle brass)	The equipment truck will be loaded at Poly HS the night before and not opened until our arrival at Glover Stadium. Everything needed to perform that would normally go on the truck needs to be loaded prior to the football game Friday night.
Call Time (fed, dressed & ready to go)	Band uniforms will not be collected following the game at Poly HS. Band & Dance Team members should report to school already dressed. 6:00am For students needing hair done 7:00am For those not needing hair work
