We will have a morning shift and an afternoon shift. The morning shift from 7 am – 12noon will be responsible for setting up canopies, banners, tables, tablecloths & chairs. The afternoon shift (11:30 am to 6 pm) will be split into two groups, with one group in the parking garage scanning tickets and handing out wristbands and the other group at the event busing tables, taking out the trash and helping where needed. Afternoon volunteers need to stay to pack up the tables, chairs & canopies at the end.
Organizers plan to rotate volunteers so each person can have a little time to check out the event. Student volunteers will also receive community service hours for time!
